As a Line Cook you would have:

• experience line cooking
• interest in local and seasonal ingredients
• ability to follow recipes and systems accurately
• desire to work in a collaborative and healthy working environment
• available to work 4 days/week approx. 10 hours/day (Thursday to Sunday)
• Compensation: approx. $40,000/year (depending on experience) plus an even share of tips (approx. $6-9 extra per hour depending on the season) as well as staff meals, discounts on dining and merch, and an annual pay increase

As a Server you would have:

• ability to follow systems accurately and learn to use an iPad POS
• desire to work in a hospitable and healthy working environment
• available to work 4 days/week approx. 6 hours/day (Thursday to Sunday)
• Compensation: approx. $30,000/year including tips (depending on experience) as well as staff meals, discounts on dining and merch, and an annual pay increase
