Sorry we can not accommodate vegetarians at this event, but we can do a gluten-free/celiac-friendly menu if needed, please note the request in your reservation. ~~~ Event Description: A special collaboration dinner featuring the organic pork and produce from the Greenerside Farm in Sooke with the talented chefs from Fox & Monocle on the Saanich Peninsula and Wild Mountain in Sooke. The chefs have shared an organically raised pig from our friend Farmer Lo and will honour the whole animal with a 6 course menu, paired with natural ciders from 5 BC cideries.
